The channel crossing on Jalan Jatiwaringin Raya, Cipinang Melayu, Makasar, East Jakarta is allegedly cause puddle on Jalan Jatiwaringin Raya. In fact, PPSU personnel had difficulty to dredge the channel due to limited equipment.
